
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My Story
As an athlete playing sports from basketball to soccer growing up, I started lifting weights casually during my senior year of high school. I had no idea whether I was lifting to build strength or aesthetics. I just trained because I knew it was healthy. After graduating from college, I started to focus more weight training. I wanted to focus on myself in achieving a healthy daily routine. The specifics of my fitness goal was unclear still. After some time of figuring out my fitness goal, I got serious about my training and shifted my diet to produce the best results.
My overall fitness goal is to get shredded and to build muscle. The idea is to maintain definition and build aesthetics. Other people have other fitness goals and body types. I am no powerlifter. Play with your strengths and everything else will come in due time so long as you still train them!
Just before the pandemic, I created a fitness account mainly to share my journey and motivate others to take action for their dream goals. Through the pandemic, I have found my passion for fitness. Thus, I ended up getting my certification as a personal trainer. A lot of what I learned is from my accredited certification course, shared among the fitness community, or from trial-and-error. Trying to keep my mind open, staying humble, and lifting each other are my personal goals!
When upgraded from my apartment gym to a commercial gym. In exploring the gym culture, I found it more energizing and motivating. Surround yourself with people trying to better themselves.
